  • What shipping methods and charges can I select for the delivery of my Tara Jarmon order ?

    The invoicing of the delivery depends on the amount of your order and your country of delivery.
    Depending on the products ordered, the order preparation time can vary with the country. For products not stocked or that are manufactured on demand, delivery times are estimated by our customer service on a case by case basis.

    For any order in the UK, the options & costs are:
    • DHL delivery: £25. 2-5 working days.

  • Is online payment completely secure ?

    All the details of your order and your payment are sent from your computer to the electronic payment terminal of our banking partner encrypted using the SSL protocol.

    You can check the security system by the placement of a closed padlock at the bottom of the page, a symbol that says you are secure, meaning you can pay online with peace of mind.

  • I made a mistake when placing my order and wish to change or cancel it

    It is not possible to cancel or change an order after you have confirmed and paid for it. Since orders are transmitted via an automatic IT workflow, your order will arrive directly at our warehouse so that it can be processed as quickly as possible.

    It is also not possible for us to change the delivery address once the order has been confirmed, which is why it is very important to double-check the information and content included in your order before confirming it.

  • How do I track my delivery in real time ?

    Once your order has been dispatched by our warehouse, you will be sent an email to conform that your package has been dispatched. This email will include a summary of your order as well as your tracking number.

    You can also track your package at any time by logging into your Tara Jarmon account. Click on “My orders” on the dashboard or in the “My orders” section.

  • How can I arrange to return an item ordered from the Tara Jarmon website ?

    Please be aware that, for every return, you must first request the return by logging into your Tara Jarmon account and clicking on « returns & refunds » on the dashboard.
    Once logged in, you can request your return and download your return voucher and your pre-paid label.

    Please note : pre-paid labels are only valid for returns shipped from France.

    For any order request from a foreign country, please follow this procedure :
    You can then return your item in its original, intact packaging, attaching the return voucher you downloaded from your dashboard.

    Upon receipt of your package, our Quality service will examine the condition of the goods returned. No return shall be accepted and therefore no refund offered if the product returned has been worn, is dirty or damaged or has been rendered unfit for sale. All items returned must have all of their original labels (barcodes, composition) and must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
    If your return is rejected, you will be informed via email.
    If your return is accepted, the bank account linked with the card you used to pay for the order will be refunded automatically within 30 days of receipt of the return by our logistics centre.

    Please be sure to obtain proof of posting when sending your package by post. No refund shall be made without proof of posting.

  • How long do I have to return a product ?

    If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, you can return any item purchased on our site within 15 days from the date of receipt of your order, without explanation, provided the product is in perfect condition (see Terms and Conditions).

    To make a return, please either consult the response to the question "how can I arrange to return an item ordered from the Tara Jarmon website", or contact our Tara Jarmon Customer Service, so that depending on the shipping method of your product, you can be guided in how best to do this.

  • Can I return an internet order at a Tara Jarmon store ?

    It is not possible to return goods ordered from the Tarajarmon website to one of our stores because the two are not affiliated at the moment. However, please be assured that we are working on it !

  • How do I use my promo code ?

    The promotional code is linked to a specific operation. It is for a single use and the promotional codes are not cumulative.

    Using the Promo Code :

    The promotional code must be entered in the "Your promo code" field, shown below the amount of the order when placing items in your basket and before confirmation of your order. Note that once your order has been confirmed, it is not possible to re-credit the discount associated with a promotional code. It is definitively lost.

    In addition, we strongly recommend that you finalise your order immediately after entering your code to avoid any malfunction that would result in you losing the benefit.
