UNIFORM invites you ("the User") to use the sites and their content provided that you agree to respect the conditions in this Legal Notice which UNIFORM is free to modify at any time without notice. Therefore the user agrees to consult them regularly.

The TARA JARMON trademark and other trademarks and logos appearing on the Sites are recorded and/or registered trademarks.
Any total or partial reproduction or representation of these trademarks or logos, alone or integrated into other elements, without express and prior authorisation from UNIFORM is prohibited and will engage the liability of the User as defined by articles L 713-2 and L 713-3 of the Intellectual Property Code.
4. User behaviour
The User agrees, under penalty of their civil and/or penal liability, not to use the Sites for:
• sending, by any means whatsoever (email or others), any content including programmes, codes and viruses etc designed to destroy or limit the functionality of the Sites,
• sending, by any means whatsoever (email or others), through the interactive services offered on the Sites, if applicable, any unlawful or harmful content and in particular any messages of an offensive, insulting, defamatory, derogatory or pornographic nature or with no connection to the topics proposed.
• sending, by any means whatsoever, any content which violates intellectual property, industrial or personality rights etc.
UNIFORM reserves the right, in the context of its interactive services, to remove, immediately and without prior notice, any content of any nature whatsoever and in particular, any message, text, image or graphic etc which contravenes the laws and regulations in force and in particular the regulations described above.
